Terms of service

Services begin only after a written scope and commercial agreement. Prices are monthly TRY retainers; taxes, ad spend and external licenses are additional. Deliverables, approvals, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and termination are governed by that agreement. Performance outcomes are not guaranteed. Training schedules and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment. The registered operator, registration details, business address and applicable jurisdiction must be completed before taking payments. 6- and 12-month subscriptions are prepaid for the full term. Discounts apply only to agency service fees, not advertising spend, VAT, third-party licenses or Academy training. Scope and monthly deliverables stay the same. Renewal, early termination and any refunds follow the signed agreement.
